All Reservations are subject to Availability and Confirmation. Rates vary depending on Season, Room Category and chosen Rate Plan. The Conditions for your Stay are always shown clearly before you confirm your Booking.

Payment Terms depend on the Rate you book and are communicated during the Reservation Process. A Security Deposit of 500 THB per Bungalow per Night is collected upon Arrival and returned at Check-out if unused.

Cancellation Conditions depend on the selected Rate. Flexible Rates allow Changes or Cancellation up to 14 Days before Arrival. Other Rates may have different Conditions, which are clearly stated at the Time of Booking.

Check-in starts from 2:00 PM, Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early Check-in or late Check-out may be possible depending on Availability.

Phangan Beach Resort is a relaxed Beachfront Place. We ask all Guests to respect the Space, the People around them and the natural Surroundings. All Bungalows are non-smoking. Music is part of the Atmosphere, but not meant to be disruptive. Visitors are welcome, with the Expectation of Consumption when using the Resort Facilities.

Pets are welcome around the Resort and in the Beach Restaurant and Bar, as long as they are kept on a Leash. Overnight Stays with Pets in the Bungalows are not possible.

Guests are responsible for their personal Belongings and Activities during their Stay. Scooter Use, Swimming and Participation in Island Activities are at your own Discretion and Responsibility.

In rare Cases, Changes or Cancellations may be necessary due to Circumstances beyond our Control. In such Situations, we will always aim to find a fair and reasonable Solution.

These Terms are designed to keep Things clear and comfortable for everyone. If anything is unclear, just talk to us — we prefer Conversations over Fine Print.

We’re more than happy to welcome outside Guests at our Sunset Bar & Restaurant, with and without Reservation. You’re also welcome to spend the Day with us, enjoy the Pool, use the Beach Loungers and borrow Pool or Beach Towels from us. For Day Guests who would like to use the Resort Facilities beyond the regular Restaurant and Bar Visit, we kindly ask for a minimum Spend of 250 THB per Person. Nothing dramatic — just a fair little Balance so everyone can enjoy the Space comfortably.
